The Perfect Bossture Group Coaching Experience Includes:

Live Coaching Sessions

Once a week coaching for 12 weeks led by Dr. Grow or a select member of Dr. Grow's team; each highly qualified to provide a summary of key content for the week and then lead discussions covering that content and whatever management questions, concerns, or challenges group members are facing that week.

The Perfect Bossture Course

Group participants have access to the 14-unit Perfect Bossture Course and related supplemental materials. These resources compliment and provide opportunities to apply knowledge and skills discussed in each session of the Perfect Bossture Group Coaching Experience.

Access to the Perfect Bossture Community

Group coaching participants learn from others on the same management discovery path. Share experiences, ask questions, and get feedback from peers in the Perfect Bossture Community. Access to the community is for six months with the opportunity to continue in the community for a nominal monthly fee.
